What is included?
During COVID, this program will be held online. While the usual cost of the retreat is $2,395 (includes everything except transportation for three nights/four days), the special price for the virtual retreat will be $1,295.
All workshops, writing time and one-on-one coaching included in the in-person retreat will be included. However, the adjusted schedule for the virtual retreat (times listed are Pacific Time) will be:
Thursday 1-5pm
Friday 12-7pm
Saturday 8am-5:30pm
Sunday 8:30am-12pm
In order to give yourself the retreat experience, please arrange your schedule so you can be present for the entire time. We will build in times to have meals together and provide social interaction despite our distance.
By limiting the group to a maximum of 6 people, I will be able spend one-on-one time with each person each day for personalized coaching. By the end of the weekend you will have a completed lecture and a head start on your slides.

After working with hundreds of speakers, I know that time is a precious commodity. Who has time to think? time to create? time to research? Do you spend time taking care of other people first, and wedging your needs into little spaces late at night or not at all? My wish for you is that you take one weekend for you. One weekend to dedicate to your own thoughts and your own gifts. One weekend where you fine tune the most public thing you do, your presentation. And if you do, you will walk away more confident and better equipped to be the best version of yourself. As a speaker coach, my goal is to help you find your internal gift so you can deliver it with clarity and make the impact you want to make.

If you have never gifted yourself the time to really focus on writing or refreshing your talk, now is the time.
But just don’t take it from me, here are a few things previous coaching clients have said:

Dr. Tanya Brown
You help me articulate my vision, clarify my focus, find my voice, simplify the message, and then bring it to life with visuals.
Heidi Mount
I had this panicky feeling that I wasn’t going to be able to communicate what I wanted. Your process allowed me to dump everything out of my brain and then simplify things so that I sounded like a genius! In the end, you helped me make the audience feel good about hearing my pitch… and that is YOUR genius!
Dr. Alan Stern
You have the unique ability to make a speaker effective in a rapidly changing world.
Xaña Winans
You are making more sense out of my program than I ever had in my head before!
